This site was made just for you. C.V. Riley Entomological Society is a place to gather, create, and share. The C. V. Riley Entomological Society is a student organization that is open to enrolled students, faculty, and staff at the University of Missouri that share an interest in insects. The Entomology Club at MU was established in 1929 and officially renamed the Charles V. Riley Entomological Society in 1933. It has since served as a medium for fellowship among members and outreach within the community. Membership to C. V. Riley Entomological Society is open to all University of Missouri students, faculty, and staff. Annual dues for students are $5.00, and $10.00 for faculty and staff.
MEMBER HIGHLIGHTS
Jess Kansman is the CV Riley president. She is in her fourth year of her PhD, studying drought effects on aphids. Recently, Jess was attended the Gordon Conference as well as the Entomological Society of America's North Central Branch Conference, where she talked about her work with drought and aphid preference.
